Best Ever Strawberry Scones
When strawberries are in season, my family wants to eat them with every meal. We slice them for topping pancakes, eat them in salads, drink strawberry smoothies, and of course make all kinds of strawberry desserts.
My daughter originally found this recipe in the cookbook, Home Made by Yvette van Boven and Oof Verschuren. After tasting the strawberries in the marinade, she added honey to cut the tartness of the lime. They turned out absolutely delicious!
