Products, prices and payment
The product page describes the ebook you are buying. The Essential Air Fryer Cookbook costs ₹299 for buyers with an Indian billing country and US$2.99 for buyers with other billing countries. Your checkout shows the applicable currency, discounts and final amount before payment. These are fixed regional prices, not a currency-conversion promise. Your bank may apply its own conversion or international transaction fees.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Available methods depend on currency, location and eligibility; UPI is available for eligible INR payments. Provide accurate billing and email details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Access is released after payment is successfully confirmed, not merely when an order is created.
Digital delivery and access
After confirmed payment, we automatically email an order confirmation and ebook access information to your checkout email. You can also open available downloads on the successful-order page. Visit My ebooks to request a fresh private login link using the same email. Links expire and are for the purchaser only. You need an email account, internet access and a device or application that can open PDF files. Download and keep a personal backup. We do not promise that any particular website, device or hosted access feature will remain available indefinitely; this does not reduce your rights concerning a paid purchase.
Your ebook licence
Purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the ebook. You may save it on your own devices and print a copy for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, commercially reproduce or share the ebook or private access links without permission, except as permitted by law. Ownership of copyright is not transferred.
Refunds and cancellation
Because this is digital content, we generally do not provide change-of-mind refunds once the ebook has been delivered or access has been made available. This does not exclude remedies for duplicate charges, non-delivery, faulty or misdescribed content, or rights required by law. Our refund policy explains how to request help.
If your local law provides a withdrawal period for digital content, those rights remain unless the legal conditions for ending that right have been met, including any required express consent and acknowledgment before supply begins. These terms alone do not waive such rights.
Responsible use and recipe information
Recipes and craft instructions are general information. Results vary by ingredients, appliance and technique. Follow appliance instructions, check allergens and suitability, and use safe food handling practices. Nutritional information, if provided, is an estimate and is not individual medical or dietary advice.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, post unlawful or infringing material, or interfere with other users. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent activity, subject to your legal rights. Links to external sites are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains personal information, cookies and service providers. We do not sell or rent personal information. We send necessary purchase, delivery and requested access emails. Marketing, if offered, is separate from completing a purchase.
Problems, liability and applicable law
Contact support with your order number and checkout email so we can investigate. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Indian law applies, subject to any mandatory protections and dispute rights available in your country of residence. Contacting us does not prevent you from using a competent consumer authority or court.
Changes
We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The terms applicable when you purchased continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or otherwise validly agreed.
