Sweet Corn Relish – Canning Recipe
With sweet corn available all year round this recipe can be made anytime of the year. I make a big batch when I harvest my corn later in the year but I have made this recipe with corn bought from the store.
I can’t tell that much of a flavor difference so go ahead, make a batch now and if you like it, grow some corn this year and make a batch with freshly harvested corn from your garden!
