Today is the first time I am seeing this recipe! I wish I had seen this years ago when my hubby wanted pie in the blistering heat. This super easy pie’ish recipe is a great alternative if you want pie in a lighter form! I will be making this with strawberries tonight! I wanted to get this on so you all could get making one too!
