I have always liked eating at cracker barrel. It is a place I think I always will. I never have a bad meal there. That being said… I have had the hashbrown casserole from the menu quite a few times over the years. I have been craving it so I went hunting for a recipe that could take care of said cravings! Boy did I find it!
This dish is great for breakfast or as a side dish for dinner time! OR both.. in the same day 😛 Full of cheese and flavor. Make this recipe if you want to feed people at a potluck too. There will be nothing left over!
