Easy Breakfast Casserole
I am always trying new breakfast casserole ideas because I head up a group that brings breakfast to our worship team at church. As the team is there for so many hours on Sunday, I like to make sure they have fresh fruit and some sort of dish with eggs.
I love this recipe because I can make it the night before and pop it in the oven in the morning and let it cook while I’m showering. Making breakfast for a crowd just doesn’t get easier than this! If you’re cooking for just your family, one will probably be plenty. I made three of these so I could take two to church and leave one at home for my family.
