Firemen’s Grilled Chicken
This recipe for Firemen’s Grilled Chicken, also known as Cornell Chicken, is a recipe I adapted to meet our needs when cooking on the grill. The chicken is marinated for 24 hours, then I like to parboil the chicken right in the marinade prior to grilling.
