This is an absolute fantastic and hearty soup. It contains a great amount of fall time veggies that typically lasts through winter in cooler temperatures.
This soup is also very cheap to make. I LOVE German recipes and from my own experience making German food is that they usually tend to taste even better as leftovers! So don’t be afriad to make a big batch and freeze it for a day when you don’t have time to cook.
