Weight Watchers Cuban Pork Chops
These Weight Watchers Pork Chops are a new favorite in our house!! I had never made my marinade before or heard of flavored onions. After dinner my husband asked me to make more Weight Watcher meals because the meat was amazing! I have made the onions a couple times since to put on the top of my salads and they are the perfect addition.
This recipe was in a weekly book from my meeting and is also on the Weight Watcher Website. On the site they called them Cuban pork chops! The pork chops come to 5 points plus per serving. Be sure to weigh your meat to make sure the points value is right for your meal. I served mine with a salad, but a steamed veggie would be a perfect side dish as well!
