Sometimes we need a reminder of the summer days no matter how cold it is outside! I know it still is but winter is coming and I for one don’t want to miss out on the summer foods. They are just too good. When I came across this recipe, I was happy to know that I didn’t have to suffer the winter blues too long.
The Oven BBQ Country-Style Ribs are made for the oven and to be made on a cool night. You can’t grill all the time and during winter it’s nice to heat up the oven and warm up the kitchen. They taste just as good as their grilled counter parts.
