Salmon is so easy to make! I buy frozen individually-packaged fillets so I can have them on hand. Then, it’s easy to defrost them in the fridge before cooking.
There are plenty of simple ways to prepare salmon, but I love this one because it doesn’t use any butter. I’ve been eating healthier, and this way there’s no extra fat and calories from butter. Salmon is such a great source of protein, and it also has omega-3 fatty acids.
