Has anyone tried mushrooms in their air fryer? Delicious! I love how they always turn out perfect, with beautiful wrinkly skin and crispy edges.
I coat with oil and soy sauce for this easy marinade just before I send them to air fryer. Once done transfer to a plate, sprinkle over some fresh pepper, add minced garlic and fresh parsley! YUM!
