Guiness Glaze & Dipping Sauce
I never would have guessed this Guinness Glaze would be good for dipping bread, but I was wrong. So wrong.
One of our favorite restaurants in Downtown Disney is Raglan Road, owned by the famous chef, Kevin Dundon, known for introducing the world to gourmet Irish cooking. The atmosphere at Raglan Road is one of the reasons we love it so much. The Irish dancing is fabulous, but call ahead because it’s not going on all the time. Reserve a table up by the stage. The staff has always been wonderful, which makes for an enjoyable experience. But the real star of Raglan Road is the food. Oh the food.
