I was fortunate enough to visit Italy about ten years ago where I found my love for Bruschetta Melts. After ten days there, my husband and I swore we would eat more fresh food when we arrived back in the states. Everywhere we looked, there were people shopping in specialty markets for things they would eat that day.
They went to the cheese store and bought fresh mozzarella, the bakery for hot crusty just-out-of-the-oven bread, and the open-air market for fresh basil and veggies. Everything we ate there was so wonderful.
