Best London Broil Recipe

London broil is one of my all time favorite steak dishes. Everytime I cook this recipe the steak is melt in your mouth. My kids hate steak but eat this dish! That has to say something, right.

Whenever I find London Broils on sale, I buy 3 or 4. If you find meat on sale you should ALWAYS but it. You save a ton of money over the long run! So when I get home I  make a big batch of my marinade, let them sit a day or two, then put them in individual freezer ziploc bags, with the marinade.

Then on a day like today when it’s going to be over 100 degrees I can just pull out the pre-marinated steaks from the freezer, defrost, cook, and enjoy! I save money and time by doing this.

If you end up making this wonderful recipe I would be honored if you would send me your photos and let me know what you thought about the flavors!

Side note: If you use flank steak or you think your meat isn’t tender enough add 3 Tbls of lemon juice to act as a tenderizer. Works like a charm!
