- Heat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
- Place a small amount of mashed potatoes near the wide end of each dough triangle. Add chopped turkey, stuffing, and a small spoonful of cranberry sauce, keeping the total filling modest so the dough can close.
- Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, gently enclosing the filling. Arrange the rolls point-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush with melted butter if desired.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are puffed and golden brown. Serve warm with the 1/4 cup warmed turkey gravy for dipping.
Notes
Chill or lightly drain wet leftovers, especially cranberry sauce and gravy, to help prevent soggy dough or bursting. Use finely chopped turkey and about 2 to 3 tablespoons of total filling per crescent for easier rolling and more even baking.
