Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 8 minutes
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 cups Peeled, sliced, frozen ripe peaches
  • 1 14-ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
Optional Ingredient
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Peel and slice ripe peaches, arrange them in a single layer, and freeze for 4–6 hours or overnight until solid.
  2. Add the frozen peaches, sweetened condensed milk, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and optional lemon juice to a high-powered blender.
  3. Blend for 2–4 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed and using a blender tamper if available. Process only until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the blended ice cream to a freezer-safe loaf pan or airtight container, smooth the top, press plastic wrap directly against the surface, and cover tightly.
  5. Freeze for 4–6 hours, or until firm and scoopable. Let the container stand at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Choose very ripe, flavorful peaches because freezing slightly dulls fruit flavor. If the blender struggles, let the peaches soften for 5–10 minutes or add the liquid ingredients first. Avoid adding extra milk, which can make the ice cream harder and icier.
