Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 3 minutes
Servings: 4 servings

Ingredients

Yogurt Base
  • 2 cups Plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Sliced almonds

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Line a rimmed baking sheet or small baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Stir the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla together until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture over the parchment in an even layer approximately 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Scatter the blueberries and sliced almonds over the surface, pressing them lightly into the yogurt.
  5. Freeze for about 3 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Break or cut the frozen bark into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for a firmer bark that is easier to handle. Store pieces in an airtight freezer container or freezer bag with parchment between layers. Keep frozen because the bark softens quickly at room temperature.
