How to Make a Starbucks Cotton Candy Frappuccino at Home

Starbucks Cotton Candy Frappuccino

A thick, creamy vanilla Frappuccino-style drink blended with raspberry syrup for a whimsical cotton-candy flavor. This copycat recipe makes about 2 small servings or 1 large serving.
Prep Time 5 minutes
Total Time 6 minutes
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

Frappuccino Base
  • 2 cups Ice
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla ice cream, preferably vanilla bean
Flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons Raspberry syrup
Topping
  • As needed Whipped cream

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Add the ice, whole milk, vanilla ice cream, and raspberry syrup to a blender. Blend for 30 to 60 seconds, or until the drink is thick, creamy, and smooth.
  2. Check the texture after blending. Add a small splash of milk if it is too thick, or a little more ice if it is too thin, then blend briefly again.
  3. Pour the finished Frappuccino into a tall glass. Top generously with whipped cream and add a small drizzle of raspberry syrup if desired.

Notes

Use chilled milk and firm, fresh ice for the thickest texture. Start with less raspberry syrup if you prefer a lighter berry flavor, since too much can make the drink overly sweet or medicinal. Serve immediately for the best consistency.
