Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 2 servings

Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 kiwis Ripe kiwis, peeled and quartered
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
Optional Ingredients
  • 1 cup Ice, if fruit is not frozen
  • 1-2 teaspoons Honey, to taste

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Peel and quarter the kiwis. If using fresh mango or pineapple, cut the fruit into manageable chunks before blending.
  2. Pour the orange juice and Greek yogurt into the blender first. Add the kiwi, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, and optional honey.
  3. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing to high, for 45 to 90 seconds, until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Add the ice if the fruit is not frozen, then blend again until the smoothie is thick and cold.
  5. Taste before serving. Add a little more orange juice to thin the drink or a small amount of honey for extra sweetness, then serve immediately.

Notes

Freeze mango and pineapple ahead of time for a thicker smoothie with less dilution. Coconut water or light coconut milk can replace the orange juice, and coconut yogurt can replace Greek yogurt for a dairy-free version.
