Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 8 servings

Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 apples Granny Smith apples, cored and chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 6 bars Regular-size Snickers bars, chopped
  • 3.4 ounces Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup Cold milk
  • 8 ounces Frozen whipped topping, thawed

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk in a large bowl for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens.
  2. Fold the thawed whipped topping into the thickened pudding mixture until the cream is smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Core and chop the Granny Smith apples into bite-size pieces, then chop the Snickers bars into similarly sized pieces.
  4. Gently fold the apples and chopped Snickers bars into the pudding mixture, taking care not to deflate the whipped topping.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate it for about 1 hour before serving so the mixture firms up and the flavors blend.

Notes

For the freshest appearance, chop and add the apples shortly before serving, or toss them lightly with a little lemon juice to help prevent browning. Keep the salad covered and chilled, and fold gently to maintain its light texture.
