- Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Toss the peeled, cored, thinly sliced apples with the lemon juice and cinnamon, then spread them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Combine the oats, flour, packed light brown sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the cold butter and cut it in with a fork or pastry blender until coarse crumbs form.
