Easy Cherry Cheesecake Dip Recipe

A creamy no-bake cheesecake dip topped with glossy cherry pie filling. This easy dessert comes together in minutes and is perfect with graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, or fresh fruit.
Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings: 6 servings

Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8 ounces Brick-style full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces Frozen whipped topping, thawed
Topping
  • 1 can, about 21 ounces Cherry pie filling
For Serving
  • As needed Graham crackers, graham-cracker sticks, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or fresh fruit

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature so it is fully softened. Place it in a large mixing bowl with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until creamy and completely smooth.
  2. Add the thawed whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture. Fold gently with a spatula until the mixture is evenly combined and remains light and fluffy.
  3. Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a serving bowl or shallow dish and smooth the surface. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top, leaving it in a distinct layer or swirling it lightly into the creamy base.
  4. Serve immediately with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, pretzels, or fresh fruit. For a thicker, more cheesecake-like texture, cover and refrigerate the dip for approximately 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use brick-style full-fat cream cheese instead of spreadable tub cream cheese for the thickest dip. Add the cherry pie filling just before serving or keep it layered on top so the dip stays thick and visually distinct. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator.
