Ingredients

Donut Holes
  • 1 can approximately 16.3 ounces, containing 8 biscuits Refrigerated biscuit dough
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 330°F. Separate the refrigerated biscuits and cut each biscuit into four equal pieces.
  2. Roll each dough piece between your palms into a smooth ball. Arrange the balls in a single layer in the air-fryer basket, leaving space around each one.
  3. Air fry at 330°F for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through. Begin checking at 5 minutes; the donut holes should be puffed and lightly golden.
  4. Stir the granulated sugar and cinnamon together in a shallow bowl. While the donut holes are still warm, brush or dip them in melted butter.
  5. Roll the buttered donut holes in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until coated. Serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the basket, and cook in batches if necessary. Air fryer models and biscuit brands vary, so check early, especially when using smaller dough balls or a 350°F setting. Coat the donut holes immediately after cooking so the butter and cinnamon sugar adhere well.
