Ingredients

Frappuccino
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/4 cup Full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin-pie spice
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups Ice
Toppings
  • As needed Whipped cream
  • As needed Graham-cracker crumbs
  • As needed Caramel sauce, optional

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Allow the cream cheese to soften at room temperature so it blends smoothly. Add the milk, pumpkin purée, softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin-pie spice to a blender.
  2. Blend the liquid mixture until completely smooth and the cream cheese is fully incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed so no small pieces of cream cheese remain.
  3. Add 1 cup of ice and blend again until the frappuccino is thick and frothy. Add the remaining ice as needed for a thicker consistency.
  4. Pour the blended frappuccino into a chilled glass. Finish with whipped cream, graham-cracker crumbs, and an optional caramel drizzle before serving.

Notes

Use chilled milk and full-fat cream cheese for the smoothest texture. Graham-cracker crumbs reinforce the cheesecake-crust flavor. This is a crème-based copycat recipe and does not include coffee.
