Step-by-Step
- Bring the cream cheese fully to room temperature so it blends without lumps. Place it in a large mixing bowl with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then beat until smooth and creamy.
- Add the thawed whipped topping to the cream cheese mixture. Fold it in by hand with a spatula until evenly combined, taking care not to overmix so the dip stays light and fluffy.
- Add the blueberry pie filling and gently fold it through the cream cheese mixture. For a marbled appearance, stop folding while visible blueberry ribbons and pockets remain instead of mixing until completely uniform.
- Transfer the finished dip to a serving bowl and smooth the top lightly. Serve immediately for a soft, fluffy texture, or cover and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes if you prefer a firmer dip.
- Arrange graham crackers, vanilla wafers, shortbread cookies, pretzels, apple slices, and strawberries around the bowl. Offer a small spoon or spreader so guests can scoop generous portions without crushing the dippers.
Notes
Use fully softened cream cheese to prevent lumps. Fold in the whipped topping and blueberry pie filling by hand rather than beating them, which helps the dip remain fluffy. Refrigerate leftovers in a covered container and serve chilled.
