Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 8 servings

Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 750 mL bottle Prosecco, chilled
  • 4 cups Lemonade, chilled
  • 1/2 cup Vodka, optional
Fruit
  • 1 cup Mixed fresh berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries
  • 1 lemon Lemon, thinly sliced
Serving
  • As needed Ice

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Add the mixed berries and thin lemon slices to a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  2. Pour in the chilled lemonade and optional vodka, then stir gently to combine without bruising the fruit.
  3. Refrigerate the lemonade mixture for 20 to 30 minutes so the fruit can flavor the drink.
  4. Place ice in individual glasses, or add a small amount of ice to the punch bowl immediately before serving.
  5. Slowly pour in the chilled Prosecco and stir once or twice very gently to preserve its carbonation.
  6. Serve immediately with additional berries or a lemon slice as garnish.

Notes

Add Prosecco just before serving because it loses carbonation when mixed too early. Frozen berries may replace regular ice to chill the punch without dilution and create an attractive color as they thaw. Berry lemonade or pink lemonade can replace part or all of the lemonade.
