Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 8 spears Dill pickle spears, drained
  • 8 slices Thin-cut bacon
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
Optional Equipment
  • As needed Toothpicks

Method

Step-by-Step
  1. Drain the pickle spears and pat them very dry with paper towels. Wrap one slice of bacon around each spear and secure it with a toothpick if needed.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F if your appliance requires preheating. Arrange the bacon-wrapped pickles in a single layer with space between them.
  3. Air-fry for 10 to 14 minutes, turning once if needed, until the bacon is browned and crisp. Thicker bacon may need a few additional minutes.
  4. Let the pickles rest for 1 to 2 minutes. Carefully remove any toothpicks and serve warm with 1/2 cup ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

Dry the pickle spears especially well because excess moisture can prevent the bacon from crisping. Do not overcrowd the air-fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary so hot air can circulate evenly.
