Pancake Mini Muffins Recipe
Simple Pancake Mini Muffins are my kids favorite breakfast recipe. Drizzle maple syrup on top and you have the perfect breakfast.
Pancakes made a new way. Instead of flipping just pop these in the oven. They are great for dipping in maple syrup or you can take them and eat them on the run. I like to just take them to work and snack on them while I work! So delicious!
